Each time you complete an Agora model you are entitled to claim the first Pack of any Agora model from our range entirely free.
Once you have received a Pack 12, we will email you with a voucher code. You can then choose a new model to start, and in the checkout process add this voucher code to your cart. The voucher will reduce the Pack 1 cost to zero.
The voucher can be used for any model, and it will work on 12-month & 24-month Accelerators and Full Kits.
If you did not get a voucher or have mislaid it, don't worry, just contact Customer Services here and they will give you your unique voucher code.
Note: the vouchers are individually allocated to the email address that you used on your previous order, so you need to log back in for the voucher to work. If you have changed your email address, just contact Customer Services here, and they will assist you.
The voucher is valid for 12 months.
You are not limited to the number of vouchers you receive but they can only be used once.
